The FHLBC's Downpayment Plus® (DPP®) and Downpayment Plus Advantage® programs are opening March 17. FHLBC members may reserve up to $560,000 in 2014 on a first-come, first-served basis to help their income-eligible customers with down payment and closing costs. Attend a DPP webinar to learn more.

In response to the severe weather that struck Illinois in November 2013, the FHLBC created the Community First™ Disaster Relief Program. The program is available to the 15 counties identified in FEMA disaster declaration DR-4157.

2014 HUD Income Limits
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released income limits for the 2014 calendar year. These limits are used to determine income eligibility for a variety of assisted housing programs, including the FHLBC’s competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP) and Downpayment Plus® (DPP®) Programs. New income limits are also available for the Community Investment Cash Advance (CICA) product.
