July Virtual Wellness Programs Virtual Wellness topics include presentations such as Diabetes, Keys to Weight Loss, Managing Stress, Pre-retiree and Holistic Wellness. Pre-retiree is aimed towards employees planning to retire within 3 years. Virtual Wellness Classes are offered via ZOOM. Each class is intended to engage employees, encourage collaboration, increase knowledge, prevent injury, and reduce risks for developing health-related conditions. Upon the completion of this program, employees can earn credit for Wellness Engagement, towards their Win for Life program for 2021-2022.
Each virtual wellness class is expected to last one hour. Participants must attend at least three classes of the same topic to earn the credit for Wellness Engagement incentives.

Virtual CityFit: Time to Get Fit With CityFit! Looking for a quick energy boost to beat that mid-day slump? Our FREE virtual CityFit classes can be the perfect solution. Live classes ranging from 15-30 min are held between Noon and 1pm for a convenient lunchtime workout or after business hours at 6pm.
The CityFit classes offer something for everyone at every level including a 15 Minute “At Your Desk” Workout, Chair Yoga, Virtual Cardio/Strength Workout, and even Line Dance!
Find some movement and get your blood pumping right from your desk or the comfort of your home.
All classes are free, but registration is required. We know sometimes things come up. If you register and miss class, you may access the workout on-demand up to 72 hours.
