Mr. Keaton Watts explains wellness to him means trying to stay active and live a healthier life. “As you can see from the photo we are not in the best shape, but we are all trying to do the things to better our health including working out and eating healthier.” Physical activity is important to improve overall health and it starts with you and holding yourself accountable. As we age, things slow down so we need make sure proper nutrition and daily physical activity is incorporated into our lives.
