Starting Thursday, June 15, TWIA’s third-party payment service is increasing the credit/debit card service fee for residential policyholders from 2.40% to 2.99%. All payments by credit/debit card including payments from policyholders signed up for Auto Pay using their credit/debit card will see this increase starting June 15.
We have emailed this notification about the fee change to residential policyholders who are enrolled in auto pay with a credit/debit card. To learn more about this fee and other payment options, please visit our Payments webpage.
