Starting Thursday, June 15, our third-party payment service company is increasing the credit/debit card service fee for residential policyholders from 2.40% to 2.99%.
This change will affect credit/debit card payments submitted on or after June 15, regardless of due dates shown on the invoice. To learn more about this fee and other payment options, please visit our Payments webpage.
This credit/debit card service fee is charged by our third-party payment service and TWIA does not receive any funds from it. The fee is non-refundable.
