FHLBC Downpayment Plus® Programs Now Open
Annual enrollment for the FHLBC’s Downpayment Plus (DPP®) and Downpayment Plus Advantage® programs is now open with an initial allocation of $10 million. The DPP and DPP Advantage programs provide forgivable grants to income-eligible households to assist with down payment and closing costs. Enrollment forms may be found on the website of the program administrator for the state in which your financial institution is chartered:
Illinois League of Financial Institutions
Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development
New in 2013 is a DPP Fact Sheet and a DPP Program Guide; the Guide contains information about the programs as well as links
to all necessary forms. Members wishing to pair an FHA-insured first mortgage with a DPP grant are also encouraged to review this memo from the FHLBC regarding a recent HUD Interpretive Rule.

Please contact your state-specific program administrator with any questions.

You’re also invited to attend a 1-hour DPP overview webinar:
Date: April 30
Time: 10 a.m. Central Time
