Keeping Up with Quality Control: Online Assessment for PFIs that Sell Under the MPF Xtra® Product |
| As a result of the updated requirements for a PFI’s in-house quality control (QC) program, we are asking PFIs that sell mortgages under the MPF Xtra product to complete an online course and assessment that focuses on the pre-closing QC review process. |

Updated Quality Control Exception Report is a Time-Saving Tool |
The MPF Program has recently enhanced the format of the Quality Control Exception Report. The new layout will now assist PFIs in quickly understanding and identifying issues at-a-glance on the QC reports. As a result, PFIs will be able to complete reviews faster and more efficiently.
Specifically, the updated report is separated by loan number and all issues are listed in order of severity. Additionally, the language describing the severity level of the defect now matches the industry standard. Please contact your MPF Bank representative with any questions. |
