The City Fit classes offer something for everyone at every level including a 15 Minute “At Your Desk” Workout, Yoga, Virtual Cardio/Strength Workout, and even Line Dance!
We are excited to announce that two classes – Line Dancing and Yoga will be returning to two locations for the Winter Series. No virtual version on these classes will be offered, only in person.
Find some movement and get your blood pumping right from your desk, the comfort of your home or in person.
All classes are free, but registration is required. We know sometimes things come up. If you register and miss class, you may access the workout on-demand for up to 72 hours.

| 15-Minute “At Your Desk” Workout Noon – 12:15 p.m. In 15 minutes, improve your health and your work performance! Sit, stand, strengthen, stretch, and breathe! This workout will energize your body while boosting endorphins to feel good and improve concentration. Stretching and breathing exercises will help reduce tension and relieve stress! Walking Club The Wellness team is excited to announce the return of the Walking Club in January 2022. This is a great opportunity for employees to come together and get a brisk 15-minute walk during the morning to get the blood flowing.
