Virtual Wellness presentations cover topics such as Holistic Wellness, Diabetes Prevention, Reducing Stress, Reducing Cancer Risk, Lower Back Pain and Keys to Weight Loss. Pre-retiree is aimed towards helping those who plan to retiree within the next three years. Virtual Wellness Classes are offered via ZOOM.
Each class is intended to engage employees, encourage collaboration, increase knowledge, prevent injury, and reduce risks for developing health related conditions. Upon the completion of this program, employees are eligible to earn 80% credit for the Step 3 – Wellness Engagement, towards their Win for Life program for 2020 -2021.
Virtual Wellness Classes are expected to last one hour. Participants must attend thee of the four classes to earn the 80% credit for the Step 3 – Wellness Engagement.
