Milwaukee Awards for Neighborhood Development Innovation (MANDI)

On April 6, 2017, FHLBC staff attended the Milwaukee Awards for Neighborhood Development Innovation. This annual event, hosted by LISC Milwaukee, celebrates the revitalization and strengthening of Milwaukee neighborhoods. Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association’s Affordable Housing Down Payment Assistance Workshop

On April 11, FHLBC staff member Chuck Childs spoke on FHLBC’s Downpayment Plus programs at the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association’s Affordable Housing Down Payment Assistance Workshop in Oak Brook, Illinois.

2017 Affordable Housing Program Application Workshops

Between April 18 and May 5, FHLBC hosted six AHP Application Workshops in five cities: Bloomington, Illinois; Wausau, Wisconsin; Madison, Wisconsin; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Chicago, Illinois. Over 250 individuals attended, representing FHLBC members, potential project sponsors, and others.
