Competitive AHP Round Open

The FHLBC’s 2017 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP) opened on May 8 and closes on June 16. This year, the Bank seeks to award $24.6 million to members and sponsors in support of affordable homeownership and rental projects. A number of applications have been initiated since the opening.

Sponsors are encouraged to reference the Guide for Sponsor Applicants when completing their application(s); members are encouraged to reference the Guide for Member Applicants.

Applications must be in “Member Approved” status in AHP Online by 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday, June 16, to be eligible for consideration. Award announcements are expected in early December.
