Competitive Affordable Housing Program Opens May 8

The FHLBC recently announced a $24.6 million allocation for the 2017 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP). Applications for the 2017 competitive round may be initiated in AHP Online beginning Monday, May 8; the application deadline is 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday, June 16.

Join Community Investment staff at a complimentary workshop to learn more about applying to the competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP). Topics covered will include eligibility, project feasibility, and the 2017 scoring guidelines. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Potential AHP project sponsors, FHLBC member institutions, and development consultants are encouraged to attend.

Alternatively, those experienced with FHLBC's competitive AHP program are encouraged to participate in a webinar that will summarize changes for 2017.
