Appointments to the Community Investment Advisory Council

The FHLBC’s Board of Directors recently made appointments to the Community Investment Advisory Council:

  • Audra Hamernik, Executive Director of the Illinois Housing Development Authority
  • Jackie Newman, Executive Director of the Springfield Housing Authority
  • Sean O’Brien, Director of Commercial Lending at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority

The following individuals were reappointed to the Advisory Council for an additional term:

  • Dalitso Sulamoyo, President & CEO of the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies
  • Tom Landgraf, Principal of Dimension Development LLC and Senior Lecturer of the Wisconsin School of Business’s Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics

The Community Investment Advisory Council of the FHLBC consists of representatives from community and nonprofit organizations actively involved in providing or promoting affordable housing, community lending, and/or economic development in Illinois or Wisconsin. Nominations to the Advisory Council are solicited annually.
