Our December Policy Center release successfully implemented several new enhancements including agent invoicing, email configuration, and work assignment options, which provide greater customization for the agent community. We also implemented address standardization, which will improve the accuracy of the information we collect and improve results when searching by address.
Quick Tip: To help you get the most out of the new address standardization in policy center, we encourage you to choose a suggested address whenever possible. The captioned screenshot below highlights this feature.
