We have worked hard over the past few years to take TWIA in a new direction, and now that the ship has turned, the experience we have gained should serve us well to stay the course. 2016 will be another productive year in our pursuit of excellence. 

This quarter’s newsletter includes information that we hope is useful to agents on several of our major initiatives and ongoing process improvements such as the TWIA Depopulation Programs, amendatory endorsements for storm doors, and the Claims Center implementation.
