New NIH Parent F99/K00 Predoctoral to Postdoctoral Transition Award – RFA

Key Changes from the Previous NCI F99/K00 NOFO:
  • No institutional nomination required
  • No limit on the number of applications an institution may submit per application due date
  • Predoctoral candidates should be 1-2 years from completing their doctoral degree by the requested start date
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents by the time of award
  • Up to 5 years of total support (up to 2 years for F99 phase and up to 3 years for K00 phase)
