| 44th Annual Residents Paper Day and 37th Annual Philip J. DiSaia Society Symposium | This activity will provide specific healthcare diagnostic and intervention guidelines in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The guidelines are presented by practicing experts and will be based on the latest research in evidence-based medicine. In addition to a wide-ranging number of medical topics presented, the content of the presentations will address nationally-established competencies pertaining to the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. | Southern California Hypertension Symposium | In celebration of World Hypertension Day on May 17, 2026, the UC Irvine Comprehensive Hypertension Center, in partnership with the Center for Global Cardiometabolic Health and Nutrition, will host this year’s Southern California Hypertension Symposium. This year's theme is "Implementing Multimodal Therapeutic Strategies for Hypertension Management,” will be held in-person on May 16, 2026, featuring a lecture and panel discussion, as well as an optional hands-on blood pressure measurement workshop.

| 14th Annual UC Irvine Neuromuscular Colloquium | The UC Irvine School of Medicine 2026 Neuromuscular Colloquium provides an academic forum for regional and national physicians who specialize entirely or to a significant degree in neuromuscular medicine. This colloquium is designed to encourage an atmosphere of collaboration and interaction between the various neuromuscular specialists in the US, Canada and internationally. It is a forum to discuss the latest topics and advances in neuromuscular medicine and review interesting and challenging cases, with several live patient presentations. Such activities are aimed to improve patient care by promoting closer research collaboration and the development of new research projects between the various groups and institutions.
