Day 2: "Pane & Pasta" After breakfast a little briefing to talk about the program for the week and what you are going to learn! Our first Cooking lesson will focus on the basic recipes about “pane & pasta” two invaluable elements of Tuscan cuisine: the most representative Italian pasta as pici, tagliatelle, gnocchi and so on. Lunch. In the evening, guests are taken on a comprehensive visit of Baracchi’s winery: a guided walk through the vineyards and an in-depth explanation of wine making from the vineyard to the bottle. Evening at leisure and dinner on your own. Day 3: "Under the Tuscan Sun" After breakfast we will visit Cortona a charming city, setting of the book and movie “Under the Tuscan Sun.” Our Bottega Baracchi will welcome you into its wonderful location with a special aperitif, then ready to assist to a incredible cooking show with focus on “crudité & fusion“ – Lunch at the Bottega. In the afternoon you could enjoy a special guided visit: this enchanted Etruscan town will involve you by its little “Vicoli” and squares as well as the view all over the valley and the Lake Trasimeno. Time at your leisure for shopping – back to Il Falconiere for aperitif time and dinner on the terrace. Day 4: "Chicnic" A new day for you focus on BE SIMPLE…BE CHIC - The preparation of the table is a real art that can be constantly refined. A table set with style, in fact, requires care and attention which engage with the same passion with which you choose the menu and prepare the food. Enjoy today our “Chicnic” at the swimming pool : delicious recipes to share with friends and family to let your picnic becomes a CHICNIC. Time for relax at the swimming pool or at the Spa to enjoy and relax with our rituals. Transfer to Cortona and dinner at the Bottega Baracchi. Day 5: "The Secrets Out" Morning at your leisure for relax or shopping. Lunch at your own . Afternoon Star Michelin cooking lesson “It is actually very easy to cook well and obtain great dishes if one begins with first choice ingredients, that's what we do every day, searching for the best products is our philosophy.” All the secrets to let you know our starred cuisine. Dinner at our restaurant. Day 6: "Say Cheese" After breakfast you will have a special full day at the Locanda del Molino last step of our Cookingontour : you will take part to a Pecorino & Ricotta CHEESE LESSON, at the end of the lesson each participant will be able to bring home his own ll Pecorino and ask Silvia a suggestion about its aging. Lunch at Locanda – Time to relax and then prepare for another fun lesson concerning GRAPES AND WINE IN THE KITCHEN followed by a fun dinner and party focus on harvest time! We will stomp the grapes all together in a championship among different teams! Day 7: "So Long For Now" Breakfast and departure
