Kusske’s dedication and valuable contributions have been instrumental in transforming the Department of Neurological Surgery into a well-established program of major national and international recognition.

Interventional Urology: Renal Access, Masses and Next Generation Stone Treatment
This course will combine didactic lectures, surgical video cases, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, an interactive review using audience response and hands-on surgical skill stations that allow each participant to perform percutaneous stone removal from start to finish on human cadavers and other training models. Lectures will include up-to-date research findings and a review of the peer-reviewed literature. The faculty will consist of UCI Department of Urology members and renowned endocrinologists from the West Coast and beyond.
