Third Annual CHOC and UCI Rare Disease Symposium and Family Conference
The Third Annual CHOC and UCI Rare Disease Symposium & Family Conference will bring together over 100 advocates, researchers, clinicians, students, and families to share research, knowledge, and experience on Rare Diseases. The 2024 Symposium is hosted in partnership between CHOC and UCI. Together, we will foster new perspectives, ideas, and research collaborations to accelerate efforts for those living with Rare Diseases.
