During our time together, we will reflect on the two-year milestone of our pandemic response and share where we find ourselves today (134 COVID-19 inpatients and 18 COVID-19 patients on ventilators), share details about our growth strategy, and revisit the ways we are supporting you – our incredible people. We will review the enhancements in compensation and benefits we have recently made (and are preparing to make) as well as discuss the importance of sharing your voice in the upcoming Associate & Physician Engagement Survey.
