Focus on Action: Virtual Nursing Town Halls

In April 2021, we launched Focus on Action, a series of focus groups with our incredible nursing associates. These small group sessions were designed to build on the feedback shared in associate engagement surveys, providing a forum for us to continue our dialogue about our nurses’ highest priorities and learn more about tangible action we can take to reimagine nursing practice across our connected ecosystem.
We value the insightful dialogue that has taken place and continue to work to take meaningful, thoughtful steps to improve and enhance our nursing practice environment across our ministry based on the feedback you shared.
Please join nursing leaders for a series of virtual follow up sessions to reflect on all we’ve accomplished so far and learn what’s next in our ongoing action plans to address the common themes across our ministry.
