Information Technology (IT) will perform an upgrade to Lawson from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. MT (9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT) on Saturday, Jan. 29. This upgrade is necessary to remain supported by the vendor. Following the upgrade there will no changes to screens, jobs or processes.
The following applications or services will be impacted by the upgrade:
- Lawson
- MSCM
- Landmark (process flow and Inbasket)
- Punch Out
- Expense Management
- LBI
- OnBase
Caregivers should refrain from using Lawson or the associated applications listed above beginning at 8 a.m. MT (9 a.m. CT) on Saturday, Jan. 29. You may begin using the application after the maintenance is completed at 3 p.m. MT (4 p.m. CT).
