So far everyone at Centura has been welcoming and understanding with everything.. Everyone is fast at returning emails and answering any questions I might have. I am looking forward to working at Centura and with their people as make my way as an individual. I hope to find an apprenticeships down the line so I continue to work with Centura longterm.

In the month that I have been a part of the Centura team and have been in the various hospitals, the one aspect that I have observed the most is teamwork across the board, there is always someone I can go to for answers or I am quickly directed to where I can find the answer myself. I have only been a part of a few team huddles but they are informative, give shout-outs, and kuddos to individuals and are equally supportive as well as constructive.
