The Associate Engagement Pulse Survey is here and we need to hear from you! This brief (less than five minutes) and confidential online survey is open until September 1 and measures key aspects of your experience to strengthen our connected ecosystem.
All associates received an email from Glint (survey@glintinc.com) on August 18. This invitation includes your personalized link to complete the survey and share confidential feedback. Please note that physicians did not receive this pulse survey.
This short survey serves as a check-in on engagement activities and invites you to share your voice on key topics, such as our culture, recognition for your work and leader feedback. Individual survey responses are anonymous and confidential.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to provide feedback and share your experience!

We have heard feedback shared in our associate and physician engagement surveys and from our nursing teams in Focus on Action sessions across the enterprise, and we recognize how challenging it can be to locate and access the clinical patient care policies you need in our current system.
On Oct. 25-28, we will be holding a Policy Bowl – a fun football themed event designed to be an all-out blitz on the cumbersome processes, conflicting procedures and duplicative clinical policies currently housed in PolicyTech.
The game plan: Representatives from every Centura hospital will come together to review the more than 4,000 acute care policies in existence across Centura Health. Teams of frontline caregivers and subject matter experts will then work together to consolidate and standardize clinical policies and streamline the policy search and reference process.
The game winning goal: Enable our incredible teammates to find the document they need, right when they need it and ensure all policies are aligned across the system and reflect current best practices and regulations. Ultimately, the team of policy-makers quarterbacking this effort hope to reduce the total number of clinical patient care policies by 85% by the end of FY22.
More information will be shared about this event in the coming weeks, including how you can share your interest in participating.

Information Technology (IT) launched the Workspace ONE (WS1) portal across our connected ecosystem in June. WS1 is the new location for applications found historically at the nsg.centura.org (NSG) domain used by many of our associates and providers as well as many of the links currently found on My Virtual Workplace (MVW). Though delayed, please be aware that the nsg.centura.org domain will be decommissioned. Though MVW is not being replaced at this time, changes to the platform may result in more clicks than usual to launch an app.
We encourage our associates and providers to take advantage of this extra time to install the Horizon Client App on your device to fully use WS1 and launch apps. To activate this installation, you will need to have administrator permission on your device. The Horizon Client App has already been installed on all Centura owned computers.
Visit this site to download and install the Horizon Client App. To install simply choose your device and install.
If you use the Nuance speech mic, use this tip sheet to install the mic extensions.
We recommend you bookmark this link to WS1 and begin using it immediately.
Do not remove the Citrix Receiver app from your computer. This is still needed for other applications.
Centura is always looking for ways to improve access to important tools and resources to help you deliver whole person care. We look forward to sharing this new user-friendly platform with you.
