“I truly think Telespine is a helpful program. My coach was incredibly supportive, thorough, asked the right questions and was great at checking in with me. This greatly helped with my own accountability. Additionally, the videos are easy to follow. My coach also provided a helpful tip sheet on desk ergonomics that helped me reinforce good habits and speak up to my manager about some changes I needed to make it a more ergonomic space. Thank you for your time and efforts and for providing this program!”

- Laura, Centura associate

"I am very thankful that we have access to Telespine as it is a wonderful program. I think that the videos are great and very informative. The exercises provided have helped me to regain some of the range of motion I had lost through injury and poor body mechanics. My coach is amazing. It is very obvious that he wants the best for his clients. When I was not able to do some of the exercises, he used his knowledge base to help find alternatives for me. I really appreciate his expertise, his sincere concern, and his assistance."

- Katherine, Centura associate
