Did you know that a catalog of the most recent changes to Centura policies and procedures is available right from your My Virtual Workplace (MVW) homepage? Once you’re logged in to MVW, mouse over the “Reference” tab and click on Policies & Procedures Information to navigate to a complete listing of recent changes in PolicyTech, including updated documents and newly published policies.

This year, Centura Health made a significant investment in your health and well-being to offer you and your families the same medical plan coverage without passing along an increase in premiums and out-of-pocket deductibles. This marks the sixth consecutive year that we have been able to offer health insurance without changing your premium and deductible costs.

As we prepare for a new benefits year to start on July 1, associates who are on a Centura Health medical plan will receive new pharmacy and medical insurance cards in the mail later this month.

• UnitedHealthcare medical plan cards: You will receive a card from UnitedHealthcare for the medical plan you enrolled in for the 2021-2022 plan year. Click here to view a sample. Please note that your card may look slightly different depending on the plan you are enrolled in.

• ClearScript pharmacy card: You will receive a pharmacy card from ClearScript. This card is used separately from your UnitedHealthcare medical plan card – do not discard it. Click here to view a sample.
