Get ready for Open Enrollment: Know your network

Get ready for Benefits Open Enrollment! Watch your mailbox for our Annual Benefits and Well-Being Guide to learn more about the benefits and services designed to help you live your purpose.

Make sure to log into My Virtual Workplace between May 3 and noon MT on May 21 to make your annual elections.
The recent announcement about our benefit plans for the FY22 plan year (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022) means it’s time to start thinking about how your benefit elections can best support a whole and healthy you!

This year, Centura Health is making a significant investment in your health and well-being and will offer the same medical plan coverage to you and your families without passing along an increase in premiums and out-of-pocket deductibles. As we approach this annual opportunity to enroll in benefits, it is a good time to make sure you select the plan that works best for you and your family.

Know your network
To get the most out of your Centura Health medical plan, it is important to know if your providers are in your selected plan’s network. Our Centura Health network of care is continuously expanding to ensure you and your families have access to high quality care when and where you need it. Using UnitedHealthcare’s provider directory is the best way to ensure coverage with your existing providers, which varies by medical plan and region. Your Annual Benefits and Well-Being Guide will include more details about searching for providers in your plan.

Get the most from your plan
The HRA and HSA plans offer a higher level of coverage if you see a preferred provider. These providers are designated by a green diamond in the provider directory.

CVP plan participants must see a Centura Health provider to receive coverage. If the provider is listed in the directory (when searching under CVP), they are covered.

The following tables outlines coverage and costs at a high level. Refer to the Annual Benefits and Well-Being Guide that will be sent to your home later this month for more details:

2021-2022 bi-weekly medical plan premiums for full-time associates

2021-2022 bi-weekly medical plan premiums for part-time associates

24/7 care options
Your primary care provider (PCP) is your first stop in managing your health needs. When seeing your PCP isn’t possible, consider these options to help you get the right care and best value:

Take action between May 3 and noon MT on May 21!
Benefits Open Enrollment is coming soon! Be sure to take action if:

  • You need to change your current elections (plan, level of coverage or covered dependents);

“I felt it was a great opportunity to earn the credential for a leadership position while working in a clinical position,” Luke Angel, manager of rehabilitation at Mercy Regional Medical Center, shared. “I can complete coursework around my work and life schedule. If I am extremely busy one week, I can adjust my study schedule to accommodate, then just pick a weekend to get caught up.”
