By compassionately caring for their patients and communities, our physicians at Centura Health deliver healing for the mind, body and spirit. Through the uncertainty of the last year, we are reminded of how truly incredible they all are. Today, on National Doctors’ Day, we extend special appreciation to them for consistently delivering high-quality, whole person care every day.
The clinics and hospitals across our connected ecosystem rely on the integrity and expertise of our doctors. Over the past year, more than 660 of our physicians across Colorado and western Kansas were engaged in key decision-making activities, from serving on entity boards and physician leadership councils, developing service line plans and supporting master facility planning for our campuses. Our physicians have also been working tirelessly to keep our communities safe and informed throughout the pandemic, often serving as trusted voices for our neighbors.
Our physicians inspire us by living their personal missions each day, and we are proud to have the best hearts, minds and leadership in medicine at Centura Health. Please join us in thanking our doctors for their skill, compassion and dedication as they work hard caring for our patients and communities – today on National Doctors’ Day and every day!
We are excited to continue partnering with our communities to provide the COVID-19 vaccines. With many ambulatory vaccine clinics across our ministry, we need your support to help staff these clinics and provide vaccines as efficiently as possible. There are opportunities for both clinical and administrative associates to lend a helping hand. These roles, qualifications and training requirements include the following:
Clinical roles
The past year has been challenging during the pandemic, but it has invited connection and deepened relationships, as we have worked to support each other and provided hope to our communities. Learning about your unique experience and engagement is crucial, and, if you haven’t yet had the chance, we invite you to share your story with us in Centura Health’s Associate and Physician Engagement surveys that conclude on Wednesday.
Designed to measure key drivers of workplace engagement, these surveys are an opportunity for you to share your unique experiences working at Centura. Your participation ensures we obtain valuable feedback from you, as we work to achieve Centura Health’s 2025 aspirations.
The confidential surveys may only be taken online. Check your Centura Health email inbox for a message from our survey partner, Glint (survey@glintinc.com), that will provide a link to the survey and access instructions. The full associate survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and the survey questions will cover important engagement topics about your unique experiences.
We are committed to building a culture where you can live your mission, grow in your purpose and encounter meaningful and exciting experiences. Your engagement is our priority! Thank you in advance for taking time to complete the survey and sharing your important feedback with us.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), vaccines are one of the most effective ways to protect your health and end this pandemic. Your health and well-being remain a top priority for us, and we are proud to offer the COVID-19 vaccine to our caregivers and communities.
All associates and providers are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. If you have not yet received the vaccine and would like to schedule your vaccination appointment at one of our community vaccine clinics, please know your original invitation remains active indefinitely.

If I am extremely busy one week I can adjust my study schedule to accommodate, then just pick a weekend to get caught up.”
