Complete the wellbeing survey and earn toward your incentive

Inspire Wellbeing has replaced Code You as our associate wellbeing program. Take the steps to start earning your incentive today to keep your medical plan premium low. The deadline to earn is March 31.
Our mission is whole person care. We are connected in this common purpose, and we know caring for the whole health of our incredible caregivers is just as important as caring for our patients and communities. That’s why our all-new associate well-being program, Inspire Wellbeing, offers an exciting array of options to support your whole health.

One thing isn’t flexible though: the earnings deadline. Be sure to log in to the Inspire Wellbeing platform and earn your well-being rewards before the earning period ends on March 31, 2021. March may seem far away, but it will be here before you know it. And keep in mind that some components may take several weeks to complete, so don’t delay!

One easy way to earn rewards is by completing the online wellbeing survey. This simple series of questions is designed to give you a holistic view of the areas of wellbeing you are engaging in and assists you in identifying areas where you have opportunities to grow. Log in to Inspire Wellbeing and earn 100 points when you complete the survey by March 31, 2021.

Associates on a Centura Health medical plan: Earn 1,000 points by March 31 to earn the full $1,000 health premium reduction! Your covered spouse can also earn 1,000 points, for a total of up to $2,000 in health premium reductions. Log in to Inspire Wellbeing today to complete your wellbeing survey and tobacco status attestation, confirm you have completed your preventative care visit, and complete wellbeing activities to earn points.

Not on a Centura Health medical plan? You can still earn rewards by completing wellbeing activities through Inspire Wellbeing! Earn at least 250 points by March 31 to earn $250. Your cash reward will be paid to you in the first quarter of the new plan year (July – September 2021).
