At Centura Health, we are committed to achieving zero preventable harm to caregivers, patients and their families. One strategic way we measure and demonstrate our commitment to zero preventable harm is through participation in the Leapfrog Hospital Survey. This annual voluntary survey assesses hospital safety, quality and efficiency based on national performance measures and allows us to benchmark our progress in improving the care we deliver.
The highest performing hospitals on the Leapfrog Hospital Survey are recognized annually with the prestigious Leapfrog Top Hospital Award. The award is not given to a set number of hospitals, but rather, to all teaching, general, rural, and children's hospitals that meet the high standards defined in each year's Top Hospital Methodology.
For the first time in our ministry, Centura Health facilities were recognized as 2020 Leapfrog Top Hospitals:

Catholic Charities' Adopt-A-Family program has been helping the Colorado community for over a decade, matching compassionate donors like you with low-income and struggling families and individuals. With your help, we can provide holiday gifts to seniors, children and families who otherwise would have none. Recipient families receive services through our various ministries and are nominated by the Catholic Charities staff person working with them on a regular basis. Thank you for helping provide hope this Christmas season!
Two ways to give:
1. Sign up to Adopt-A-Family and shop for a family's or an individual's Christmas needs. NEW THIS YEAR! Want to shop without leaving your house? We have Gift Card options this year to make it easy and simple to participate!
2. Don't have time to shop? We'll shop for you! Make a financial gift and we'll do the shopping for you! All of the donations will be used to provide holiday gifts to seniors, children and families who would otherwise have none.

To ensure faster resolution of time-sensitive issues, Information Technology (IT) has created multiple options for reporting issues or requesting services. While it may be tempting to go through “alternative” channels (e.g., sending emails to your go-to person, asking your clinical informaticist, waiting to report issues at Safety Huddle, ignoring or failing to report issues, etc.), doing so may significantly delay the issue resolution time.
In fact, 74% of all calls to the Centura Service Center are resolved during the initial call. Only 26% of the calls are escalated to Tier 2 support. You can trust that 7 out of 10 calls will be resolved within minutes of reaching out to the Service Center.
We are here to help you! Current options for reporting issues, requesting IT assistance or support include:
