The Centura Health patient portal, MyCenturaHealth, will undergo a redesign on Nov. 8. The redesign will include a new look and features on both the web page and mobile app.
MyCenturaHealth is a powerful tool that helps our patients securely and conveniently manage their health. Patients may communicate with their care team, view test results, manage appointments and access resources and education through the portal. It is the easiest way for patients to access components of their medical records from Centura Health hospitals and Centura Health Physician Group clinics – all with one username and password.
Patients do need to be on version 9.3.6 or higher to have the best experience with the upcoming changes.
Exciting new features included in the redesign are:
- New shortcuts will be available to quickly link users to the most frequently accessed activities.
- An actionable feed of updates will help draw focus to important information.
- The web page and mobile app will better align in both appearance and available features.
