| Enos Park Neighborhood Improvement Association Site Visit Community Investment staff visited the Enos Park Neighborhood Improvement Association and Town and Country Bank, in Springfield, Illinois to strategize about the implementation of their 2018 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP) award. The AHP grant will allow the Enos Park Neighborhood Improvement Association to assist Springfield families with rehabilitating their homes.   Illinois Governor’s Conference on Affordable Housing Community Investment staff attended and exhibited at the Illinois Governor’s Conference on Affordable Housing in Chicago (pictured left), co-hosted by the Illinois Housing Council and the Illinois Housing Development Authority. Ed Brady (pictured right), a member of the FHLBank Chicago Board of Directors, was recognized with the Industry Partner Award for significant contributions to the affordable housing industry. The FHLBank Chicago was also a conference sponsor.    Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago’s Annual Awards Dinner On March 21, FHLBank Chicago staff attended NHS of Chicago’s 44th Annual Awards Dinner. This event gathers community partners working together toward neighborhood revitalization. The FHLBank Chicago was also a conference sponsor.  |
