Competitive AHP Round Open

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s 2018 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP) opened on May 7 and closes on June 15. This year, the Bank seeks to award $25.1 million to members and sponsors in support of affordable homeownership and rental projects. A number of applications have been initiated since the opening.

Sponsors are encouraged to refer to the Guide for Sponsor Applicants when completing their application(s); member institutions are encouraged to consult the Guide for Member Applicants.

Applications must have “Member Approved” status in AHP Online by 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday, June 15, to be eligible for consideration. Award announcements are expected in early December.
