| Sneak Peek: The Villas at Vinegar Hill Video | |

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago staff recently visited Springfield, Illinois, to make a video highlighting the Villas at Vinegar Hill, a 92-unit rental project that replaced two 14-story public housing towers. The Villas at Vinegar Hill received a $700,000 competitive Affordable Housing Program award through Illinois National Bank. Capital City Coalition NFP, an affiliate of the Springfield Housing Authority, is the project sponsor. Stay tuned for the completed video, which will be featured in the April Community First newsletter.
