WHEDA Homeownership Conference On October 4, Community Investment staff attended and exhibited at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority’s Homeownership Conference in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Tim Klont, Vice President and Manager, Community Investment Programs, spoke on a panel about down payment assistance resources. The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago was a sponsor of this event. Grand View Townhomes Ribbon Cutting Congratulations to Appleton Housing Authority on the grand opening of Grand View Townhomes, a 40-unit rental property located in Appleton, Wisconsin. The FHLBank Chicago made a $600,000 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP) award to this project through Bank Mutual. Conference in Bloomington, Illinois, on October 26 and 27.
