eCheck issue in Policy Center corrected 

This week we made some important updates to TWIA systems. As you may know, there was a brief technical issue that affected Policy Center's ability to send eCheck receipts directly to policyholders, which has now been resolved. Also, we have updated the portal’s Terms & Conditions for agents. Please review to understand your rights and responsibilities in using the system.

We wanted to let you know we are always monitoring our systems and are prepared to respond to any issues. We understand TWIA’s technology is a key to serving your clients well.
