We are upgrading our commercial replacement cost calculator and agent training center before the end of the year. Please read below for additional information on each, and any action you may want to take in advance of the transition.

New Commercial Valuation Tool

In early December, TWIA will upgrade to a new commercial replacement cost calculator to improve security and allow you to create more accurate valuations. User accounts and completed valuations in the current system, BVS Express, will migrate to the new system, Commercial Express. You will receive additional information about the new valuation tool soon.

This change will not affect the residential replacement cost calculator.

ACTION REQUIRED before December 5. If you use this tool, please log in to the current commercial replacement cost calculator and complete any valuations you want to keep. Incomplete valuations will not migrate to the new system.

New Agent Training Center

We are also improving the agent experience by bringing our training courses and resources to www.twia.org. You will receive additional information about this new training center soon - stay tuned!
