Agents,

TWIA is continuing with our plan to integrate commercial and manufactured home policies into Policy Center, our new policy administration system. This is an essential step in our continued effort to modernize and streamline our systems and business processes. We are currently planning to launch Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies in early 2018.

Thank you to those of you who responded to our request in early August for feedback about Policy Center. This feedback is being used to inform TWIA’s training and communications for the launch of Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies.

A lot has happened in the last two months, and we know you are busily focused on working with your customers to help them recover from Hurricane Harvey. We realize this will be a substantial change for agents and agencies with commercial and manufactured home business, and we want you to know that we are prepared to fully support you during the transition. This includes providing a variety of new training options and tools before and after the system is launched and preparing our employees to assist you with questions and issues related to the system and process changes.

In the coming weeks, we will communicate with you frequently to keep you up-to-date about Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies. We will include information about how the new system is expected to impact your workflow processes and what training options will be available to you when.

Please be on the lookout for emails with important information about Policy Center. If there are others in your office who want to receive this information, they can be added to our mailing list by clicking on the button below.
