Dear Agent,

In response to agent feedback, we have introduced more ways for you to search claims in the Agent Claims Center. In addition to searching for claims by report date and/or loss date, now you can also search by claim number, policy number, or policyholder name. 

Please note that:

• The Agent Claims Center returns a maximum 100 search results - when needed, use the new options to help narrow your results
• The Claim Number, Policy Number, or Policyholder Name you enter must exactly match TWIA records
• The Claims Number, Policy Number, and Policyholder Name search functions independently of the Reported Date and Loss Date searches
• If both 'Search by Report Date' and 'Search by Loss Date' are selected, the search will return claims that match either criteria

These new options were introduced to provide you with a more versatile and efficient way to use the Agent Claims Center. To view a list of all TWIA claims for your agency's book of business, use the Policy Listing tool in the TWIA Agent Portal.
