Traffic to our mobile claims center site in Corpus Christi is currently very high. TWIA is committed to helping policyholders who visit this site, but we want to ensure they are also able to receive timely help with filing their claims. Should your clients contact you first about filing their claim with TWIA, we ask that you help them do so through one of the other prescribed channels available to agents and policyholders. As a reminder, agents and TWIA policyholders can file claims by:

If you are able, please do not refer your clients to our mobile claims center locations in lieu of providing service to them first. Additionally, TWIA's Mobile Claims Centers are only able to process claims for TWIA policyholders.
We encourage policyholders who have already filed their first notice of loss with TWIA to visit our site to receive an update on their claim or receive advance payment, if applicable. For now, these actions can be completed more quickly than filing a claim onsite.
