Please do not attempt to file claims by fax, email, or US mail as this may cause unnecessary delays.

For your clients who are TWIA Policyholders: They may file TWIA claims online via our Policyholder Portal at www.twia.org/claimscenter.

If your agency is closed, we invite you to put the Policyholder Portal (www.twia.org/claimscenter) (ask them to click "Get Started"), the 24-hour Claims Center phone number (800-788-8247), and our claim filing information on your out of office messages to help your clients file claims as quickly as possible after the storm. Note, if your policyholder is using the online Policyholder Portal in Claims Center for the first time, they will need to click "New User Registration" and create a profile first.
