TWIA implemented Policy Center for residential policies in May 2015. The new policy administration system helped TWIA to improve service delivery for agents and policyholders. For the past 18 months, TWIA has been able to issue over 85% of new business and renewal submissions within one day and over 95% of submissions in 10 days or less. Policy Center also provided more payment and self-service options. 

TWIA will take the next step in streamlining and modernizing our policy administration operations by incorporating commercial and manufactured home policies into Policy Center in January 2018. While we look forward to further standardizing our residential and commercial policy systems and processes, we understand that change can be disruptive.

TWIA is committed to ensuring a smooth transition to Policy Center for commercial policies next year, especially for agents. With this in mind, we invite you to complete a brief survey that will help us create the training options, communications, and other resources agents need to successfully transition to Policy Center for commercial policies in January 2018.
