Since July 5, policy packets mailed to some policyholders included a test page in error. The test page looks like this and is typically the third page of the policy packet, right behind the declarations pages.
We have identified and are correcting the system error that caused this and are sending a letter to each affected policyholder asking that they disregard the test page. The other documents in the policy packet remain in effect.
