2014 Competitive Affordable Housing Program: April 21 - June 20
The FHLBC recently announced a $21.9 million allocation for the 2014 competitive Affordable Housing Program (AHP). Applications for the 2014 competitive AHP round may be initiated in AHP Online starting Monday, April 21; the application deadline is 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday, June 20. Additional information and resources can be found online through the AHP web page.

Also, the Bank's board of directors approved an amendment to the 2014 Affordable Housing Program Implementation Plan. Specifically, the development cost-per-unit guidelines were incorporated into Exhibit I of the Plan.
