The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association is pleased to release our Annual Report for the preceding 12-month period (June 1, 2021 – May 31, 2022). The Annual Report illustrates the measures and improvements the Board of Directors and management have taken to meet the objectives set forth in Section 2210.107(a) of the Texas Insurance Code.
The 2022 Catastrophe (CAT) Incident Response Plan, required by Section 2210.455, is also included at the end of the Report.
