Looking for a quick energy boost to beat that mid-day slump? Our FREE virtual Cityfit classes can be the perfect solution. Live classes ranging from 15-30 min are held between Noon and 2pm for a convenient lunchtime workout or after business hours at 6pm.

The CityFit classes offer something for everyone at every level including a 15 Minute “At Your Desk” Workout, Yoga, Virtual Cardio/Strength Workout, and even Line Dance!

We are excited to announce that two classes – Line Dancing and Yoga will be returning to 2 locations for the Winter Series. No virtual version on these classes will be offered, only in person.

Find some movement and get your blood pumping right from your desk, the comfort of your home or in person!

All classes are free, but registration is required. We know sometimes things come up; if you register and miss class, you may access the workout on-demand up to 72 hours.

So get up, get moving, and stay active with the Wellness Team’s Cityfit classes!


15-Minute “At Your Desk” Workout
Noon – 12:15 p.m.

In 15 minutes, improve your health and your work performance!  Sit, stand, strengthen, stretch, and breathe! This workout will energize your body while boosting endorphins to feel good and improve concentration. Stretching and breathing exercises will help reduce tension and relieve stress!  Never leave your desk and still have time to eat lunch!

Virtual Cardio / Strength Workout
6 – 6:30 p.m.

Want a full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving? These classes target improving cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and endurance by using bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. No dumbbells? No problem! Go weight free or grab two water bottles or two canned foods!

Yoga Workout – Tuesday / Thursday – 16930 JFK Blvd (Airport)
12:15 – 12:45 p.m.

Yoga deepens flexibility, increases range of motion, and strengthens personal body awareness. Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through this amazing form of adaptive exercise. You are supported by a chair so you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits. Line Dancing – Tuesday 611 Walker (Garden Level)
1 – 1:30 p.m. and Thursday Virtually


Line Dance is a fun low impact interval cardiovascular workout with easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you moving in an effort to raise your heart rate. This version is specifically designed to be done at your desk or in limited space to adhere to social distancing. Get moving and get your heart rate up on your lunch break.
