In accordance with Texas Insurance Code Section 2210.0025, the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association publishes, on behalf of the Board of Directors, the 2024 Biennial Report to the Texas Legislature. The Biennial Report contains information regarding the operations of the Association and the Board’s legislative recommendations for the 89th Texas Legislature.
