On February 29, the Texas FAIR Plan Association (TFPA) announced a policy moratorium in nine counties in the Texas Panhandle impacted by recent wildfire activity.
Today, March 18, 2024, the TFPA policy moratorium was lifted for these counties. The Association is now accepting applications for new and increased coverage for eligible properties in all Texas counties including Oldham, Moore, Potter, Hutchinson, Carson, Roberts, Gray, Hemphill, and Wheeler counties.
