The issue has been resolved. Impacted TWIA policyholders and agents will need to reset their password by using the “Forgot Password” button on the Policyholder Portal and Agent Portal login pages.

We are currently receiving reports from policyholders and agents that they are getting an “Expired Password” message when attempting to access the Policyholder Portal and Agent Portal. Changing the password or resetting the password does not resolve the issue. Our team is working diligently to resolve this error, and we will keep you informed as soon as we have updates.
